Under the guidance of Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions, Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission Labor Union and our superior administrative unit CiiC Labor Union, and with the support of SICL’s leaders and all the colleagues, the “Breast-feeding Chamber” of SICL Leasing was recently awarded the honorary title of “Five-star Mommy Chamber” by Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions! 

On June 3rd, LUO Feifei, vice chair of the Labor union of SICL, attended, on behalf of SICL, the award ceremony of “Chamber of Love, GO for Breast-feeding” held by Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions to receive the award.

In 2019, the Labor union of SICL Group set up the “SICL Care” Breast-feeding Chamber to actively implement the welfare policy introduced by the superior labor union. This move provides tangible benefits to female employees and fulfills SICL’s philosophy of wholeheartedly caring for female employees. After being awarded a “Four-star Mommy Chamber” by Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions in June, 2020, SICL’s Breast-feeding Chamber received earmarked funding support from Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions in February, 2021.

In May, 2021, SICL’s Breast-feeding Chamber passed the on-site inspection and certification for “Five-star Mommy Chamber” conducted by Shanghai Federation of Labor Unions. This is the result of multiple times of on-site mentoring by superior labor unions, our exchanging of experience and mutual learning with peer labor unions, and listening to the needs of our female employees, plus our constant efforts to upgrade the software and hardware facility of our chamber and its service offerings to fit into our company environment.

As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, “SICL Care” Breast-feeding Chamber will continue to provide good services to all our female employees and make SICL a cozy home for all of our employees.
